Kava is still prepared the classic way, by kneading the ground root into cold water, but it’s also available in formats like ready-to-drink cans, concentrates, and tinctures. What Does Kava Feel Like?
Most people feel calm, relaxed, and more socially open after drinking kava, all while staying clear-headed and present.
